Your Business Manager account should include at least two people on the account. Individuals with access to your Business Manager account should be fellow owners of the practice or trustworthy employees.
- Click People in left column
- Click Add
- Type in the email address(s) to invite them to the account -> Next
- Full Control -> Manage -> Next
- Select all of the assets that the user should have access to, such as your Facebook business page, ad account, etc.
- Click Add
