Not sure if you have a Facebook Meta Pixel?
Go to Meta Events Manager, or business manager, log in, and on the left-hand side, there should be your practice name and an ID. The ID number is your Meta Pixel ID.
- The Meta Pixel needs to be installed on both sites… or as many sites as there are in the customer’s journey
- The site where the actual conversion takes place must be set up to trigger a conversion event
- The Business Manager account, and possibly the Campaigns and Ads need to have cross-domain tracing enabled as have all of the domains specified.
